Walnut Chocolate Granola

Hello Lovelies,
I hope you are having a wonderful Day and that you had a good start! If not I have a recipe for you to start tomorrow with this sugar-free Walnut Chocolate Granola full of nuts and seeds. Enjoy!

For 1 big jar

The Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconuts
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3c cup cacao powder
  • 1/8 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

The Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. Combine the oats, walnuts, shredded coconut, chia seeds and cacao powder in a food processor or mixing bowl and mix everything.
  3. Heat up the coconut oil and maple syrup and pour it over the oat mixture.
  4. If you want to have finer granola you should use a food processor.
  5. Spread the granola onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake it for about 15 minutes or until nice and crunchy, but not burned.
  6. After 7 minutes you should give it a stir.
  7. After baking let it cool completely and fill it in an airtight container. I have used a jar to store it./li>

Walnut Chocolate Granola

Granola is one of my favourites when I need to have a fast breakfast! It tastes absolutely delicious and on top of that, it’s healthier than muesli in the supermarket as they often contain lots of sugar. I love to eat it with blueberries and coconut milk.

Lots of Love,
Neva aka Elysian Soul
