Galaxy Coconut Porridge

Hello Lovelies,
I have to say that I’m a really big fan of porridge and that did not change by being diagnosed with coeliac disease.
Perhaps you know this kind of porridge in hotels which are so watery. Personally, I love my porridge when it’s really creamy and sticky.
Today I want to show you my recipe for this super delicious Galaxy Coconut Porridge.

The ingredients: (for 2 servings)

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 cups boiled water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings:

The instructions:

  1. Boil two cups of water and add the rolled oats and let it soak for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the coconut milk and cook them until they boil up.
  3. Turn the stove on low heat and add the maple syrup.
  4. Cook the oats for 5 minutes and fill them when they are creamy in a bowl.
The Toppings:
  1. Add on one side of the Porridge some blue spirulina and charcoal powder.
  2. Defrost the blueberries in the microwave and combine them with the yoghurt.
  3. Cut with a cookie cutter little stars out of banana slices.
  4. Decorate your bowl with the blueberry sauce, the banana stars and the other toppings.
  5. Finish is the Galaxy Coconut Porridge!

I simply love this porridge recipe, because it has a perfect consistency. It is super sticky and that the reason why I love this porridge so much!
