Lani Tropical Hair Treatment Review

Aloha Lovelies,
who doesn’t know that? You are browsing on Pinterest and on your homepage there are beautiful sun-kissed ladies with blonde beach waves.
While I was searching for inspiring photos I discovered the English brand Lani and their handmade products which they produce in Nottingham, England.

First of all, I was enchanted by the packaging of these beautiful products. I love everything which has to do with Sun, Beach and the sea. The more I  was browsing in their online shop, the more I wanted to test one of the Lani products.
On top of that, when I read that their products are  „100 % Tropical, 100 % Vegan and 100 % Cruelty-Free(lovelani.com) I couldn’t stop myself – I had to order something! Besides all products are free of Parabens, Silicone and Mineral oils. In the end, I ordered the Tropical Hair Treatment.

About the product

In the beautiful, ocean-kissed bottle are 100 ml for £10.99- so about € 12. The oil consists of Camellia oil, organic coconut oil, Kukui oil and macadamia oil. It is 100 % Vegan, natural, cruelty-free and tropical.

The promising

The Lani Tropical Hair Treatment gives your hair a beautiful shine, makes it softer and gives the hair more elasticity. Moreover, it prevents frizz and hair breakage.
It repairs brittle hair, makes the hair easier to style and calms your itchy scalp.

How to use

The oil is rather thin and natural coloured. The scent is quite subtle with a natural coconut scent and not on of these artificial ones. I think the scent is really pleasant and goes great with the scent of my Maui Coconut Shampoo & Conditioner.
You can use the Lani Hair treatment in several ways. It can be used as a Leave-in in damp hair, after blow drying your hair to get rid of annoying baby hair or as a deep treatment.
For that, I put it in my dry hair before bedtime and rinse it out in the morning.

My impression

Honestly, first of all, I was a little “disappointed” by the scent as it is rather subtle and I expected a “coconut bomb in a bottle”.
After using it for several weeks I have to admit, that I love the subtle scent and the combination with my shampoo and perfume.
The oil is really easy to distribute in your hair.
The bottle has a little opening and therefore it is easy to get the right amount of oil out of it – so no greasy hair!

My conclusion about the Lani Tropical Hair Treatment

I am totally in love with this company. The packaging and the philosophy of their products are absolutely fantastic.
In the future, I will definitely test some more products such as the Tropical Super Serum as my skin is horribly dry.

Do you already know Lani products? Do you like them?

Lots of love,
Neva aka Elysian Soul
